How to request deletion

To request deletion of personal data that we process (WhatsApp messages and account information), send an email to admin@omniflux.net with the subject "Data Deletion" and state the number or account concerned.

Processing timeframe

We will verify and delete the related data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Our role as a processor

Because we process data on behalf of client businesses (the controllers), a request may need to be verified with the related client business first.
