The service
Omniflux (operated by Raudhah Capital Group) provides a WhatsApp inbox platform built on the Meta Cloud API to business customers.

Permitted use
Customers are responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Messaging Policy as well as applicable laws. Use for spam or unlawful activities is prohibited.

Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all user actions under their account.

Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for disruptions on Meta's side or networks beyond our control.
06
Termination
Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the subscription terms. After termination, data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.
